"Plaza orthodontics has the best doctors and staffs. My son who’s 6 has to get phase 1 braces. Dr. Lin who is super friendly and nice helped us what we needed to do and Janet and Kelly in reception area helped us with proper insurance claim so we were able to get our payments soon as we can. In case of emergency, they respond rapid and my son was taken care very fast. Definitely recommended place for kids and adults orthodontics. "

"If you are looking for an orthodontist, look no further! We have been coming to them for almost 20 years. I started here as an adult with jaw problems. Their approach was conservative, cost-effective, and it worked. All three of my kids have been seen here and I find the treatment strategies fair and not overreaching. They have not pushed or recommended unnecessary treatments or procedures. Our appointments almost always begin at the scheduled time and the staff are very friendly and helpful. My kids are honestly sad when they finish their treatments because they enjoy coming to this office so much. "

It helps that it is a friendly and welcoming orthodontic practice. My son and husband have completed braces with Dr. Lin and I am in the middle of invisalign. "

Dr. Lin is super good. One day when my daughter complained about the discomfort of her braces, Dr Lin took us immediately. When we went to her office, I thought it was closed. And their office was closed on that day but she had a staff member wait for us. We were the only customer on that day. Just in half a year, my daughter's teeth already started behaved and got corrected. We like Dr. Lin. Their office is also nice, clean, cozy and beautiful. Their staff members are friendly too and made me so relaxed. I like this office and would strongly recommend it to the community.
